30-Day PAWsitively Clean Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of a Scented Gent 3-in-1 bar, we offer a one-time refund or exchange for one bar from your order, even if it’s been opened or used.
Just contact us at support@scentedgent.com with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
a) Stipulations:
1. Limited to one per customer, and applies only to your first order with us. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges at this time, but we encourage you to share any unwanted bar(s) with friends or family.
2. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. If you choose to exchange, we will ship your new bar to you FREE of charge. In these instances, no further refunds are permitted.
4. If you choose a refund, we will refund the cost of one 3-in-1 bar, including its portion of the shipping and taxes.
5. If you decide on a refund, you cannot exchange that bar afterwards. Same applies if you decide on an exchange; you cannot receive a refund on that bar afterwards.
6. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
b) Exclusions:
1. Refunds requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted, but contact us regardless and we will do our best to help you.
2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund or exchange will not be accepted.
c) How to Initiate a Refund / Exchange:
Please email our customer support team at: support@scentedgent.com with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. Our team will then guide you through the process and ensure your request is handled promptly.
